Help for tickets


Here, you can find help for tickets and cards
Since coronavirus caused a lockdown in Denmark, transport service organisations and train operators in Denmark have extraordinarily offered customers to get a refund on unused tickets and cards without additional charge and right up to departure.

Now that society is gradually opening back up and the customers achieve more predictability in their lives, the Danish transport service organisations and train operators are reinstating the usual rules.

The normal rules for refunding of tickets and cards have come back into force from the 11 May 2020.

However, you can still get a refund on a paid period on a Ungdomskort (youth card), if you have not used the card during that period.


Rejsekort /Rejsekort med pendler kombi (Commuter pass / rejsekort with commuter area):
You will find more information on Rejsekort.dk on how to add a new period to your Rejsekort.
You are also welcome to contact the Rejsekort Customer Service on the telephone number +45 7011 3333 (weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM).



Ungdomskort (Youth card):

You can get a full refund during the period from the 13 March up to and including the 10 May.
It is important that you contact FynBus or the company that you have ordered your Ungdomskort from, before you do anything else.

Ungdomskort ordered from FynBus should NOT be cut up, as you will need it again when you are resuming your education. Contact the FynBus customer centre on the telephone number +4563112200 (press 2) (Monday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday-Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM).

Please note that it will take at least six weeks before the money is available in your account.

If you have already contacted us regarding a refund, but have a period longer than the 30 March, you should contact us again. Write to us through the contact form FynBus.dk/risogros – remember to inform us of your Ungdomskort number. It starts with 308430.

If you have a payment agreement, go to mitungdomskort.dk and switch to one-off payment – this will prevent that money is reserved on your credit card.

If you have a period that is about to start, you should hold off on registering your credit card until a few days before you resume your education. This will prevent that money is reserved on your credit card. If you have automatic top-up, we recommend that you deactivate this.

If you do not need your Ungdomskort, because your educational institution is still closed, we recommend that you go to your profile on mitungdomskort.dk and delete the periods until the summer holiday. Once you need it again, you simply order a new period at least 5 days before you need it.
